Terms of Service
The terms for using this site, requesting a simulation, paying for it and using the report you receive.
Last updated 12 October 2026
1. Who we are and accepting these terms
Visitor Simulator and this site are run by Robles Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company, of 100 Plaza Pl, Ste 300, PMB 58, Northlake, TX 76226, USA (“Robles Consulting”, “we”, “us”).
By using this site or sending a request, you agree to these terms. If you request a simulation for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it, and “you” means that business too. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the service is
A simulation sends simulated visitors to the website you name. Each visitor is played by software, including AI models, in a real web browser at a phone, tablet or desktop size, and tries a goal such as booking, buying or getting in touch. You receive a report: a score, the problems the visitors ran into, screenshots and a replay of each visit.
The visitors are not real people. A report shows where a visit got stuck and suggests what to fix. It is a guide to improving your website, not a guarantee of how real customers will behave or of any result from making the changes.
3. Requests, prices and payment
- The form gives an estimate. The price shown while you build your simulation is an estimate. Sending a request does not commit you to anything and costs nothing.
- We confirm by email first. We reply with the final price, what the simulation will cover and how to pay. A simulation runs only after you have agreed to that confirmation, and the price we confirmed is the price you pay.
- Re-tests. If you choose a re-test, its price is part of the confirmed price. We run it when you tell us your changes are live.
- If a simulation cannot run. Bot protection, an outage or a change to your website can stop a simulation. If that happens, we tell you and agree with you what happens next, for example running it again once the website allows it.
- We may decline. We may decline a request, for example when we cannot confirm permission to test the website, or when testing it would break these terms or the law.
4. Your website and your permission
You may only ask us to test a website that you own or that you are authorised to have tested. When you send a request, you confirm that you have that permission. Tell us if anything on the website should not be visited, and tell your hosting provider or developer about the test if your arrangements with them require it.
We test public pages only. Pages behind a login are not included.
5. What a simulation does on your website
- Visitors browse the website the way a person would. Their visits appear in your server logs and may be seen by your security or firewall tools.
- Visitors can fill in a form to see how it works, but the submission is stopped before it leaves the browser. They use made-up details, never real ones.
- A visit ends when it reaches a payment page. Nothing is ever typed into a payment field, and nothing is bought.
- Tracking and advertising tags are blocked during each visit.
- Visits stay on your website, are paced so the website is not overloaded, and carry a label your developer can recognise.
6. Your report
- We send the report as a private link. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with the people who should see it, such as your team or your developer.
- A link can expire, and we can withdraw it at your request. Reports, including their screenshots, are deleted 90 days after the simulation. To keep a copy, use “Save as PDF” in the report.
- You may use the report for your own business, including sharing it with people who work on your website. Screenshots show your website as it appeared to the public, and your own content in them stays yours.
7. Use of this site
You agree not to use this site or the request form for anything unlawful, to send spam or false requests, to overwhelm the site or its website preview with requests, or to get around its security or limits. The staff panel is for Robles Consulting staff only. If you find a security issue, please tell us at privacy@roblesconsultingllc.com rather than testing it further.
8. Intellectual property
This site, the Visitor Simulator software and the design of our reports belong to Robles Consulting LLC or its licensors. “Robles Consulting”, “Visitor Simulator” and our logos are our marks. Using the service does not give you rights in them beyond what section 6 allows.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
We run every simulation with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the site, the service and the reports are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that a simulation will find every problem on a website, or that the site will always be available.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Robles Consulting LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from the site, a simulation or a report, however caused.
Our total liability for a simulation will not exceed the amount you paid us for it. Our total liability for using this site without a paid simulation will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Robles Consulting LLC against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, including a request to test a website you were not authorised to have tested. We will tell you about any such claim and give you a reasonable opportunity to take part in its defence.
12. Changes and suspension
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above shows when we last did. A simulation you have already agreed to stays under the terms that applied when you agreed to it. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site or the service.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Denton County, Texas, for any dispute about these terms, the site or the service.
If you are a consumer living in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, or your right to bring proceedings there.
14. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not waive it. These terms, the price confirmation we send you and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are the entire agreement between us about the service. If the price confirmation and these terms conflict, the confirmation wins.
